NPO (COG): The first kind of dielectric medium. Have the stablest
electrical specification, basically not changes with the
temperature, the voltage and the time, is suitable to
high-frequency circuit which requests high stability.
X7R (2X1): the second kind of dielectric media, stable electrical
specifications. When temperature, voltage and time change, its
performance change is not certainly remarkable, is suitable to
separates straight, coincidence bypass and to entire frequency
warning electric circuit whose capacity stability request is not
too high. Because X7R is one kind of strong dielectric medium, it
can compose the capacity compared to a NPO medium for bigger
electric capacity.
Y5V (2F4) (Z5U): third kind of dielectric media, have a higher
coefficient of dielectrical loss, commonly used to produce bigger
volume and large r storage capacitor product, but its capacity
stability compares with the X7R, the capacity lose is more
sensitive to temperature, voltage and other test conditions.
